Novell groupwise webaccess not updating

I have tried removing the user from the share listing, and add her back into it. Cleaning up the FC address book of the person sharing the address book followed by synchronizing the renamed user from C1 fixed it for me in one case.

I have set the index on the POA to 15 minutes, but users = cannot see new documents in a shared folder until 24 hours later.

The recipiant of the shared address book went through a name change recently, and therefore her groupwise account was renamed to reflect her new name.

After this change, she is no longer able to see the updates that the owner of the shared address book is making.

The 2 users currently (and always have) reside on different post offices.
